Test Drive

The Infinity Digital Banking application is a combination of retail banking and business banking modules available as a single code base. This is a common online banking application for Retail and Business Banking (Small Business and Micro Business Banking) customers to perform their banking activities. The banking services are available within the application, based on the type of customer signed in to the application.

Create a New Trial User Account

To create a new user account for you to fully experience the Retail Banking (includes SME Banking) solution, follow these steps:

1. Open the Try It Now page on your Web browser.
2. Enter your fist and last names.
3. Enter a User name. It must be unique.
4. Enter a Password.
5. Enter your email address.
6. Enter your phone number.
7. Select the region (Country) from the list.
8. Click TRY IT NOW.

You will see a confirmation message on the screen.

You will receive an email with instructions within few minutes on your registered email.

NOTE: The login credentials is common for mobile, tablet, and online banking applications. You can sign in to any channel and explore the applicaion as required.

Download and install the native phone and tablet applications from Google Play or App Store directly on the device, or access the application from your Web browser.

Spotlight (Customer 360)

To access Spotlight from your desktop, open the Spotlight (Administration Console) application from your web browser.

Use the following credentials:

Additional Notes

• The Enroll Now, and Forgot Password flows on the Sign In screen are for illustration purpose only. For your trial user account, you need not self-enroll and you cannot retrieve the password from the back-end demonstration data store. 
• You can use 123456 as the one-time security code.
• The Spotlight user has limited access to some modules. Only a super administrator can create and update users. The role assigned to the user provided above is "Business User".
• This account is valid for 15 days only.
• Default information required while demonstrating the Forgot Password flow. Default last name, SSN, and date of birth for each new user that you create from the Try It Now page.
