Overview

Data events must be captured, processed and metadata and DLLs generated for the replicate tables.

The Relational Replication database allows Temenos Transact data to be replicated into a relational database.

A selected list of Temenos Transact tables are configured to copy transactional data out of Temenos Transact to the Relational Replication database. This database can then be used for all reporting and enquiry purposes.

The Relational Replication database provides near real time data replication of Temenos Transact transaction data in a relational data storage format.

An Extract, Transform and Load process (ETL) is used to replicate the data from source (Temenos Transact) to target (Relational Replication). Extract retrieves the data from Temenos Transact and populates the Relational Replication staging tables. Transform processes use the metadata information to enrich and transform the data event, and the load process puts the data into relational tables.

Enquiries and reports can fetch data from the Relational Replication database.
