Configuring Trade Creation

SECURITY.MASTER - This is the application where the securities such as bonds, equities, funds, etc. are maintained.

The following applications needs to be setup before entering a trade:

SC.STD.SEC.TRADE - This application contains company-level default values, which is used when processing spot purchases and sales transactions. These defaults are applicable irrespective of the transaction type and the user has to create one record for each company on the system.

CUSTOMER.SECURITY - This application defines the customer’s role in Securities module. The set of rules applicable are based on the role such as customer, depository or broker. A customer cannot trade unless the role is defined in this application.

STOCK.EXCHANGE - This application defines the rules that are to be followed for settlement when trading across different stock exchanges.

SECURITY.MASTER - This application maintains the securities such as bonds, equities, funds and so on.
