Stack 11 On Premise Containers

Introduction

This Stack 11 On Premise Containers Runbook helps you set up a development or test environment for Temenos Transact in a containerized on premise environment.

It guides you in the process of deploying the BrowserWeb, AMQ and Transact containers in a single Kubernetes (K8S) cluster.

NOTE: This runbook does not cover the process of database setup, which is why we used an H2 container for testing. In production scenarios, the database would already have been setup. Transact would make use of the database through the unique connection string.

K8S On premise cluster

For this exercise, the cluster below was supported by an HAProxy VM for Load Balancing and an Elasticsearch VM for monitoring. These are neither necessary for the operation of the cluster nor the only options you have.
