Introduction

Temenos Analytics’ Content Packs are portfolios of analytics measures (contents) for banks and financial institutions that provide insights to senior management and other personnel in operations. These Content Packs are available for Retail Banking, Financial Analytics, Corporate Banking and Wealth Management within the Advanced Analytics Platform or the Reporting Platform.

This document provides a catalogue for the contents within the Retail Analytics Content pack that can be added to the Base version of the Analytics application within the Advanced Analytics Platform and is compatible with all other content packs. The Retail Reporting Content Pack is designed for financial institution offering Retail Banking services and looking into the possibility to make their business more efficient and profitable. The tools within the pack measure the performances and derive insights from Retail-related business data – specifically these tools consist of:

  • Quick Reports that display detailed data and that can perform calculations, grouping or sorting

  • Custom Reports that display detailed data or aggregate data and that can perform calculations, grouping, sorting or include charts and visuals

The tools above focus on the following areas:

  • Lending Reports control trends in crucial measures such as the total number of existing, new, expired, paid-off and overdue loans. Lending Reports provides important insights about lending products acquisition and trends.

  • Deposit Reports provide important information around the total number of existing, close to maturity, redeemed before maturity and non-funded deposits. Deposit Reports provides important insights about deposit products in all the crucial steps of their life-cycle.

  • Transaction Reports allows bank users to do analysis around bank transactions’ trends. For example, users will be able to monitor daily bank and cash transactions.

  • Account Reports looks at various metrics around Arrangement Architecture accounts such as the number and balances of new, existing or closed accounts etc. Through the Account Reports, banks will be able to oversee trends in growth or losses within retail accounts.

  • Collateral Reports provide insight around the number and details of accounts with collaterals and display details of all collaterals managed by a financial institution.

  • Limit Reports monitor limits utilization across all the branches within the bank.
